2. Learned advocate representing the contemnor relies upon the instruction forwarded by the Assistant Engineer-in-charge, Building Department, Howrah Municipal Corporation signed on 25th June, 2025 mentioning that most of the unauthorised portion has been demolished.

3. As it appears that the petitioner is not taking steps to proceed with the application, accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
