Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner had been rejected earlier on merits. Lastly it was rejected in April, 2023. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who are on bail. Keeping in mind the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
