Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated on the basis of a statement of a coaccused. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the petitioner is sought to be roped in on the basis of the statement of co-accused and considering the fact that no explosive substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and with a further condition that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a fortnight till the conclusion of investigation and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

CRM 7346 of 2021 is disposed of.
