Earlier, police authorities took steps and accordingly, report was submitted on 11th of July, 2017.
It also reflects that there were dispute between the two families and, there has been mutual settlement.
In view of the changed circumstances, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is
unwarranted.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18023 of 2017 is disposed of as infructuous.
Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
