Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record, inspite of service, none appears on behalf of the State respondents.

Under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Avijit Sarkar, an empanelled State Advocate to represent the State respondents, his appointment be regularized, a copy of the writ petition be served upon him.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject Sanskrit at Pipullyan Dhirendra Nath Koley Vidyapith, Kultikar, Howrah.

She applied for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal', her such application was returned by the concerned authority with the remarks that as against the number of students in the said school, there are insufficient number of Assistant Teachers.

The interest of the students of the school is paramount, considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer. WPA 17265 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
