The writ application has been preferred praying for issuance of corrigendum in respect of PPO No. WBHLO 00125277 on the basis of the actual date of retirement of the petitioner that is 1st July, 2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent company that the petitioner retired on 01.07.2023 but his contribution to the pension fund was made only up to November, 2021.

It is further submitted that he worked only till 25.11.2021 and, as such, his pension contribution was up to November, 2021.

Learned counsel for the respondent company submits that they are willing to rectify the

date at the earliest and are also ready and willing to make necessary corrections for payment of dues to the petitioner as per rules.

A report has been submitted by the company. The same be kept with the record.

Considering the submissions of both the parties and the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.3/company shall make the necessary corrections as per valid records and complete the process in the present case as per their undertaking before this Court within a period of 60 days from the date of this order.

WPA 16676 of 2025 is disposed of.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, expeditiously after complying with all necessary legal formalities.
