In this writ petition petitioner has challenged the illegality of the impugned direction of the respondent concerned blocking the Electronic Credit Ledger of the petitioner by the respondent No. 2. Petitioner submits that against this grievance petitioner has made a representation before the Senior Joint Commissioner, State Tax, LTU/respondent No. 2 on 9th September, 2021 which has not been considered by the respondent concerned till date and it is still pending.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No. 17805 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to

consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 9th September, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing the reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorize representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Petitioner shall communicate this order along with a fresh copy of the aforesaid representation dated 9th September, 2021 to the respondent concerned.
