Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the brother of the petitioner no. 2 died at his matrimonial home. Subsequently, his wife came to reside in her matrimonial home where she committed suicide. Petitioners were falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary including the statement of a five year old child of the deceased. The statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the child of the deceased implicates the petitioners.

In such view and considering the other materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 3681 of 2022 is dismissed.
