Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in June, 2023. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to re-examine the bail prayer of the petitioner barely after a month.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
