Learned advocate for the State submits that in case the petitioner appears before the Officer-inCharge, Behala Police Station in respect of his representation dated 16.07.2025, the police authorities are ready and willing to take appropriate steps.
Having considered that the police authorities are waiting for signing the complaint of the present petitioner to take appropriate/positive steps, further directions are unwarranted as learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner within a period of 72 hours would attend the Office of Officer-in-Charge, Behala Police Station.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 16672 of 2025 is disposed of.
