The instant application is filed under Section 482 in connection with SC(E) case No.28(12) of 2009 praying for quashing of the proceeding. On perusal of the application along with annexures filed therein, it appears that the instant case does not warrant exercise of the jurisdiction under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
