The instant application despite under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the impugned case being complaint case No.247 of 2010(TR 281 of 2010) pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial magistrate, Katwa. Prima facie on perusal of the application along with annexures, it appears that there are materials against the present petitioners, which does not warrant exercise of the jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Material

documents annexed to the petition corroborates the allegations. Therefore, the instant application is dismissed on merit without any costs.
