Wasim Akram ... for the petitioner Though the parties arrived at a settlement and approached the learned Trial Court to accept the same by filing relevant documents coupled with the petition on 17.02.2023, inadvertently in the order sheet dated 12.4.2023 the same was recorded as 17th February 2013, instead and place of 17th February, 2013 it should be read as 17th February, 2023 henceforth.

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected of the order dated 12.4.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
