Sufficient grounds being made out by the petitioner, the application being CRAN No. 2 of 2025 is allowed. The order dated January 13, 2025 is recalled/set aside. CRR No. 2862 of 2024 and connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2024 are restored to their respective files and number.

Re : CRR No.2862 of 2024 with CRAN No. 1 of 2024 The petitioner seeks to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate forum. Such liberty is

granted. If the petitioner prefers statutory appeal before the appropriate Court within a fortnight from date, the learned trial Court shall deal with the appeal on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation.

Further liberty is granted to the petitioner to take back certified copies of documents filed in this case upon furnishing photo copies thereof.

CRR No. 2862 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. The connected application being CRAN No. 1 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
