Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that investigation till date has not been concluded in connection with Kharagpur (L) P.S. Case No.368 of 2021.
State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Kharagpur (L) P.S. Charge-sheet No.745 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025 has been submitted before the jurisdictional court under Sections 406/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As the investigation of the case has already been concluded and the grievance of the petitioner was for completion of investigation, I am of the view that primarily the grievance of the petitioner has been
addressed.
If there are deficiencies in the investigation, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers. Learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16685 of 2025 is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Report so submitted be kept with the record.
A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
