Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated. 2.

Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the State and the de facto complainant oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail. 3.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victims recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioners and that the petitioners have been named the other two complaints in the similar offences, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
