The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the husband has illegally thrown her out of her marital house after gifting the same to his sister. The petitioner seeks right of re-entry into her marital house.

Since there is effective alternative remedy under the Statute, inter alia, under the Domestic Violence Act, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

Reserving the rights to the petitioner to approach appropriate authorities, inter alia, under the Domestic Violence Act, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
