Though a direction to secure expeditious disposal has been proposed, but in course of submission advanced, it is known that an interlocutory application praying for alimony pendente lite is pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 8th Court, Alipore in MAT Suit No.830 of 2020.

The present MAT suit has been instituted in the year 2020.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in the case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 8th Court, Alipore in Misc Case No. 195 of 2021 arising out of MAT Suit No.830 of 2020 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the referred Misc Case providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary

adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable preferably before the end of March 2023.

The logical conclusion of the suit may be reached thereafter after causing disposal of the interlocutory applications at an early date, subject to the convenience and suitability of the Court below. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and the opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
