The instant application is filed praying for quashing of the proceedings being Ballygunge Police Station case no.72 of 2011 under Section 420/406/408/120B of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 8998 of 2011.

The petition itself does not disclose any strong reason to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
