Mr. Bhaskar Prasd Vaisya appearing for the District Inspector of Schools on instructions, submits that a sum of Rs.7,82,424/- after TDS is admittedly payable to the petitioner on account of arrears of salary. The said sum be released within a week from date.

On the question of gratuity, it is submitted that the decision and calculation is being made and the same shall also be released within a period of one week. Any document necessary from the petitioner shall be furnished by him in accordance with law.

So far as provident fund is concerned, the school namely Dari Keoradangi Ananda Prasad Junior High School shall take immediate steps to ensure disbursal of the entire sum to the petitioner. The gratuity shall be released within a period of 14 days from date. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
