Case No. 152 of 2013 in respect of which the present application has been preferred, has already been disposed and as such the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present application. In such view of the matter, C.R.R. 2468 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous.
