During course of hearing Mr. Debroy, learned additional Government Pleader files before this Court an order dated 21st September, 2021 passed by the District Magistrate South 24 Parganas and the same is taken on record.

In view of the order dated 21st September, 2021 passed by the alleged contemnor it appears that the order passed by the coordinate Bench on 15th January, 2015 stands complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceeding stands discharged.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicants to take steps in accordance with law against the order dated 21st September, 2021, if

required.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
