It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Statement of the daughter of the victim does not support the prosecution case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Victim in her dying declaration implicated the petitioner and other accused persons in the crime. Her statement is corroborated by her own son.
In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
