Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondents. Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent No.4, that is, the Block Livestock Development Officer, Gopiballavpur-II, Block & Executive Officer, PBGSBS, Gopiballavpur-II, Jhargram, to intimate the fate of the selection process in which the petitioners participated for being appointed to the post of 'Pranibandhu'.
Such intimation shall reach the petitioners within a period six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
A copy of the writ petition along with a server copy of this order be served upon the Block Livestock
Development Officer, Gopiballavpur-II, Block & Executive Officer, PBGSBS, Gopiballavpur-II, Jhargram.
This Court has not gone into the merits of the allegation of the petitioners.
The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
