Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner seeks waiver of conditions of bail imposed upon him vide order dated 3rd December, 2024 directing him to remain within the jurisdiction of Murshidabad P.S.

and report to the Officer in charge/Inspector in charge of the said P.S. once a week until further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Islampur where his family including his old parents reside and maintaining two separate establishments is causing extreme financial hardship for him.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions imposed upon him and there is no adverse report against the petitioner, bail condition imposed upon the petitioner directing him to remain within the jurisdiction of Murshidabad P.S. and report to the Officer in

charge/Inspector in charge of the said P.S. once a week until further orders is waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
