We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence wherefrom huge quantity of narcotics i.e. Ganja was recovered from vehicles. Materials on record show inter state transportation of narcotics. Bail prayer of co-accused has been turned down. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
