Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the respondents submit, upon instructions that, the communication issued under Section 123 of the Army Act, 1950 dated 30th June, 2025 has been revoked vide order dated 18th August, 2025. The petitioner has been issued a movement order on 19th August, 2025.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.

The movement order and the revocation of the communication under Section 123 of the Army Act, 1950 filed in Court today be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
