Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary which establishes that the petitioners approached the jurisdictional Court twice with prayer for anticipatory bail which were rejected.

In such circumstances, considering the fact that the petitioners are with unclean hands and are making false statements on oath, we are unable to entertain the petition for anticipatory bail.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 3688 of 2022 is dismissed.
