The petitioner is aggrieved by the slow progress of the investigation in which the private respondents are being investigated, in Baruipur Police Station Case No.146 of 2021 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the private respondents submits that the disputes between the parties are civil in nature. Let the investigation into the matter, however, be completed by the Officer-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station mandatorily and positively within a period of two months from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
