In re: CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025

1. The application, being CAN 1 of 2025 is an application for recalling of the order dated 29th November, 2024, while CAN 2 of 2025 is an application for condonation of delay in the filing the application for restoration.

2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, it would transpire that there is marginal delay in filing the restoration application. As such, the delay is condoned.

3. Having considered the explanation provided by the applicant/petitioner, since it appears that the applicant/petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from appearing on 29th November, 2024, when the writ petition was dismissed for default, let

the order dated 29th November, 2024 be recalled and the writ petition be restored to its original file and number.

4. Let the writ petition, being WPA 17711 of 2024 appear in the Combined Monthly List of June, 2025.

5. The applications, being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 are disposed of accordingly.
