Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the compliant was lodged within one month of marriage. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the involvement of the petitioners and the gravity of the offences, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no.2, namely, Sk. Nurul @ Nurul Sk., petitioner no.3, namely, Salma Bewa @ Solema Bewa and petitioner no.4, namely, Chabi Bibi @ Chhabi Bibi and reject such prayer for the petitioner no.1, namely, Noor Salam Sk @ Sk. Nur Salam.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos.2,3 and 4 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also

subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner no.2 shall meet the Investigating Officer once a month until further orders and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 will cooperate with the investigation and they shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 7360 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
