On enquiry it has been found by the Officer that the contentions regarding the documents which have been enclosed are questionable as per report of the concerned authorities who verified the same.
The petitioner has been implicated under Section 12 of the P.P. Act and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act. Having regard to the documents on which the petitioner relied upon for being released on bail found to be not genuine, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to be released on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
It has been contended that charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case and the petitioner is in custody for more than four months. Having regard to the same, learned trial court is directed to expedite the progress of the trial and complete the same preferably within a period of one year from date.
The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 184 of 2022, is dismissed with the aforesaid directions.
