Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and between landlord and tenant dispute he has been falsely implicated.

Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant submits that the de facto complainant has no objection in the event prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has produced the case diary.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was having a dispute over property and also the materials available in the case diary and the nature of the injury suffered by the de facto complainant which appears to be grievous in nature and the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
