Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. He prayed for a direction for the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track 1st Court, Krishnagar, Nadia, to ensure the expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No. 137(2) of 2025, which corresponds to Sessions Trial No. IV(3) of 2025. The advocate submitted that the trial for this case has commenced, but its progression is pending for further examination of P.W.1 (Prosecution Witness 1). Considering the innocuous nature of this request, the learned Trial Court is hereby directed to make every necessary effort to ensure the swift trial and disposal of the aforementioned case. The court should also, if feasible, schedule frequent dates for the examination of witnesses.

Consequently, CRR 3219 of 2025 is hereby disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

An urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be provided to the parties upon a formal request and compliance with all necessary formalities.
