In view of the clear finding of a co-ordinate Bench on the earlier proceeding so far the present petitioner is concerned there are materials in a case diary suggesting involvement in inflicting physical and mental torture upon the victim and she continued with such torture prior to the victim committing the suicide merely because Section 302 was replaced by Section 306. 2.

Accordingly, the second application for anticipatory bail cannot be considered and stands rejected.
