Mr. Ranjan Saha, learned advocate for the State submits that to update the service book of the petitioner, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Jalpaiguri had directed the petitioner and the school authority to take some steps; upon compliance of such direction, the said service book has been updated; Mr. Saha files the report dated October 24, 2024 of the said District Inspector of Schools; let it be kept with the record. The order, willful violation of which has been complained of, since has been complied with; WPCRC 114 of 2024 is disposed of. The connected Rule stands discharged.

The concerned authorities are directed to take steps for release of retiral benefits of the applicant. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
