Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State Having considered that the representation which was made to the police authorities was on 2nd of July, 2024 and more than one year has passed since then, I am of the view that in case same inconveniences continues, petitioner will file a fresh representation to the Inspectorin-Charge of Canning Police Station. Having regard to the direction passed further pendency of the writ petitioner is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 17707 of 2024 is disposed of.
