Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, police authorities have taken steps and Kotwali P.S. Case No. 414 of 2025 dated 10.08.2025 has been registered for investigation. State has submitted a report which reflects that the same case has been registered.

Learned advocates appearing for the private respondent nos. 8 and 10 and respondent no.9 deny and dispute the accusations made in the writ petition and further submits that since no affidavits have been called for, the accusations made against the private respondents are deemed not to have been admitted.

Having regard to the steps taken by the State, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 17473 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
