Mr. Arnab Chatterjee Mr. Ayon Boral Ms. Dhanasree Biswas Ms. Poulami Bose ... for the OP 2 & 3.
The revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 24.03.2022 passed by the learned SDEM, Barrackpore.
Records reflect that by an order dated 24.03.2022 the case was dropped by the learned magistrate.
Records also reflect that the orders so passed is in respect of a proceeding/an application taken out under Section 133 Cr.P.C.
I do not find that the application under Section 133 Cr.P.C. being enclosed along with the present revisional application.
Without having knowledge regarding the prayers so advanced by the executive magistrate, it is impossible to adjudicate on the issues and the reason why the proceedings were dropped by the learned executive magistrate.
Accordingly, no interference is called for.
Petitioner would be at liberty to file afresh. Hence, CRR 2771 of 2022 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
