Mr. Bhattacherjee, learned advocate, appears for the petitioners.

The subject matter of challenge relates to the chargesheet submitted in connection with Bizpore Police Station Case No.432 of dated 07.09.2021 under Sections 447/323/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned advocate submits that there were previous disputes between the family of the de facto complainant as well as the accused persons and the de facto complainant has used the provisions of POCSO Act as the scope for settling the dispute at her command.

Be that as it may, the same is a question of fact which has to be gone into by addressing the fact adduced by the respective parties. Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that the petitioners would canvass all the points which have been addressed in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of

proceedings before the learned special court. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2621 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
