The subject matter of the revisional application related to judgement and order passed in Criminal Appeal 125 of 2021 which arose out of an order dated 15th July, 2021 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in connection with Hare Street Police Station Case No. 133 of 2019. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that with the passage of time the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2770 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.
