1. The instant criminal revision has been initiated praying for quashing of the proceeding being Barasat Police Station Case No. 45 of 2023 dated 17.1.2023 under Section 498A/406/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with G.R.Case No. 211 of 2023 of the learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat.

2. It appears that the petitioners are not appearing on a number of occasions in spite of sufficient time given to them.

3. The learned Counsel for the State has also submitted that she has drawn the attention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner to the earlier order of this Court, but in vain.

4. It appears that the petitioners are not willing to proceed this criminal revisional application.

5. Hence, CRR 2867 of 2024 is hereby dismissed for default.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
