Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report prepared by the Officer-inCharge, Karaya Police Station which encloses amongst others the statement of the de facto complainant and an enclosed letter dated 3rd September, 2021.

Let the report along with the enclosed letter dated 3rd September, 2021 be kept with the record.

In view of the report so submitted, I find that there is no public money or public policy involved and the parties have compromised amongst themselves.

In view of the joint compromise petition filed before this court by the de facto complainant as well as the present petitioners, who were implicated in connection with the proceedings relating to Karaya Police Station Case No. 142 of 2021 dated 1st June, 2021, I am of the opinion that as the dispute is of private and personal in nature and the continuance of the same is unwarranted in view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, all further proceedings arising out of Karaya Police Station Case No. 142 of 2021 and all orders passed therein be, hereby, quashed. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 along with the man revisional application being CRR 2265 of 2021 is allowed.

Interim orders, if any, is hereby made absolute. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
