The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner no.1 has been arrested during the pendency of this application. The petition does not disclose that prior application was rejected by a coordinate Bench on 19th March, 2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not disclosed the said fact to the learned Advocate.

3. The matter was adjourned earlier to obtain necessary instruction in this regard.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners has candidly admitted that the earlier application was rejected but he was not aware of the said fact.

5. Having regard to the conduct of the petitioners, this application is dismissed with cost assessed at Rs.5000/- insofar as the petitioner no.2 is concerned.

The amount shall be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority and shall be earmarked by the Juvenile.

6. No application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no.2 shall be entitled in future unless the proof of payment is disclosed in the said petition. 7.

CRM 2413 of 2024 is thus, dismissed.
