We have considered the materials on record. The petitioner has forged various documents i.e., logo, letter head of the office of CID and dishonestly induced unsuspecting youth to part with money on the false promise of procuring Government employment. He has criminal antecedents.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

CRM (DB) 2173 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
