The matter is put up for necessary rectification in order dated 03.10.2025. In the order dated 03.10.2025 instead of direction upon respondent no. 7, The Deputy Inspector General of Police, Murshidabad Range, Kalyani, DistrictNadia to consider and dispose of the representation made by the elder brother of the petitioner, Sajib Mondal appearing in page 69 of the writ petition, it should be rectified and corrected as respondent no. 12, The Deputy-Inspector-General, 32 No. BN-BSF, Seemanagar, Mahhatpur, P.S. Chapra, Dist. Nadia. to consider and dispose of the representation made by the younger brother of the petitioner, Sajib Mondal appearing in page 69 of the writ petition.
