Mr. Debasis Dey, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has already been incorporated in the Pension Payment Order by the authority concerned. As such, the present writ petition has become infructuous. He files a copy of the Pension Payment Order dated 6th January, 2026, which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, the writ petition, being WPA 16942 of 2025 stands dismissed being infructuous. 3.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
