After hearing the petitioner and considering the affidavits filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor, it appears that the order under contempt, i.e. order dated 16th December, 2022 passed in WPA 6587 of 2021 has been complied with.

The contempt proceeding is, therefore, dropped. The contempt application, being CPAN 751 of 2022, is disposed of by recording compliance of the order under contempt.

The contempt Rule, being WPCRC 195 of 2022 stands discharged.
