Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner's grievance is that their land has been utilized by the State respondents without due process of law and no compensation has been paid to them for the same.

The petitioners submitted a representation before the concerned authority on 17th September, 2021. The said representation is yet to be disposed of. The petitioners pray for direction upon the concerned authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

Upon consideration of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of the said representation received by

the authority on 17th September, 2021, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition WPA 17866 of 2021 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
