Petitioner has complied with the condition of bail. Conditions of bail i.e. petitioner while on bail shall not enter the jurisdiction of Harwood Point Coastal police station and shall report to the Officer-in-charge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction he shall presently reside i.e. Kakdwip Police Station once in a week is waived. However, petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-charge, Harwood Point Coastal Police Station once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
